Horrible company. We had the Essentials plan and were denied support while testing the platform. They said "You are only elegible for support if you pay more for a different package". So basically, if you dont give them enough money they screw you on support. In any case: We decided to pay a year. Then, We were denied support for a QUESTION! Not even a troubleshooting issue. So, we decided to switch. Then, when we asked for a refund for having paid a full year upfront, they denied a refund and said there are no refunds if you choose to leave... Are you kidding?! Go somewhere else where they care more about the people paying their salary.

Why do you allow the apps that you control with Google to get away with False advertising, no refunds, I could go on but then you run Trustpilot, so I won't say anything more.

I purchased a monthly subscription after the one year one I previously had expired. They charged me as if I had renewed the annual one, which I certainly did not do. I contaced the customer support. They replied my first message, ignoring me completely after I replied. So, summing up, they charge you what they want then ignore you.

Didn't realize my account was on auto-renew, in fact I thought I had purposely turned that off, but I'm guessing in retrospect, they probably don't even have a way to turn auto renew off even if you want to. They also do not provide any advance notice that your account is about to renew and that you will be billed again soon. The moment I saw the charge hit my Credit Card, I cancelled the account and requested a refund, and this was for an expensive annual subscription. They sent a canned response, outlining some hidden line in the huge terms of service that no one reads, that basically says they don't offer refunds for any reason. They obviously don't notify people of upcoming renewals as a way to insure they can get one last pay day out of people that probably don't want to use the service anymore, which just seems like a completely underhanded and evil way of doing business. I work in a space, where I could potentially steer business their way from clients looking for their type of service (even though it wasn't the right fit for me), but no way in hell I will ever recommend them to anyone now, in fact I'll be spending the next few hours leaving negative reviews everywhere that I can and placing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Competition is miles ahead of Zendesk of many parameters. Such as the Help Center tool: It is ultimately bare-bones. To do the slightest thing, I have to actually find CSS and HTML code that does what I want to do. Basic stuff, such as a two-column view (one side for step-by-step text, the other for images), accordions, and even to get responsive video embeds, I need to code it myself — when would I ever not want videos to scale to the device? These are absolute standard, basic offerings and, frankly, should require no extra work on my part, but instead be integrated parts of the ZD solution. Instead of making these things available to the end user as per default, Zendesk has a gargantuan community with power users essentially supporting other users with figuring out solutions. And the employees are on the sidelines, offering no help whatsoever: "Best advice, will he win the community award for best answer for the third straight year in a row?".

No sure why they have even 1 star. Horrible. If there is a human being employed that person is incapable to produce any solution. I signed up. And I am paying company $120 something per month. I got ZERO. Instead I invested my time in creating content and all is lost. Some workforce from abroad responds something that has little to no value time to time but NO solutions. Buy running shoes and run as far as you can. FRAUD. Will report to Federal Trade Commission
