I've found their customer support poor and according to TrustPilot reviews so do the majority of others. We had an accidental billing error (due to lousy UI of their billing) in which we were charged for 10 seats which have never been used and instead of reversing the billing charge, they hid behind their contract and said they won't reverse the charge. We've been using their CRM since 2015 and they still have no/poor marketing integrations which has been on their 'to-do' list since 2016. They were better when they were Base before being taken over by Zendesk. We have switched to PipeDrive.

I run a small business with only a few tickets a day and was stunned to receive an unexpected $2000 bill, twice my annual amount; which had already been charged to my credit card by the time I read the email. I immediately contacted them to downgrade my account and discovered I should have made the changes "at least 30 days earlier". They never warned me about this trick which explains the annual discount which made me sign up. Their indifferent attitude in dealing with customers in private is completely at odds with their fake public image.

Not impressed in my professional life by, particularly, poor user interface, but neither privately. Often you get send round in a loop to reach the zendesk by additionally being asked again to login in spite of already being logged in. End result; you never get to the support let alone being able to raise a ticket. Try Kinomap on an iPad. Mission impossible.

the worse ticketing system I ever used. Many functions like "save" or "forward" are not even develop. The customer support is useless.

Zendesk is all about the front, being flashy and having cool pictures and promotion material. But when you buy in beware, the support is absolutely terrible and they have no clue what their doing. Weeks on weeks to get answers and the software is a big pile a bugs and errors that doesn't work half the way it's advertised. STAY AWAY

It is impossible to ever get support - ironic from a company offering a support tool. I have had issues with them from day 1. ANY system will better than them.

Pathetic customer support. Neither gives any solution nor gives any expected turnaround time for complaint resolution, I would have rated 0 stars for that if there were any option!
