I just talked to this Zendesk’s sale department because they either don’t have a Customer Service Department or all you get is a canned auto troubleshooting list of solution. You can’t submit a complaint against a scam company they work for. I reviewed SnowCityShop on BBB and there is numerous complaints that the company doesn’t deliver products once purchased and the only response you get when texting the company is a generic response from Zendesk. The Zendesk sale person said I could submit a complaint, but when I attempted to submit a complaint, it doesn’t have anywhere for me to submit complaint. I guess some companies just place profit before honesty, integrity, quality and customer service.

Stay away from Zendesk!! This is a fraudulent company that willingly supports illegal company activity. I have just got off the phone from their “support staff”. They’re a joke.

Awful customer service. Still being charged by The Athletic in error. They have been no help via ZenDesk and constantly Mark my case as solved when it is not.
