I have a big problem with Blaze, a sports betting platform that is defrauding consumers around the world, and they use Zendesk as a service solution! After several attempts to solve my problem (between me and Blaze, but through the Zendesk system) an agent managed to block any and all types of communication attempts I could have with Blaze, and all this because Zendesk allowed it!!!! !!! A company that covers up scammers and scammers, letting them block their injured customers!!!!

I just signed up for Zendesk with a new company I am launching. Note: I have used Zendesk for several years with other companies, so I am well aware of how the system works. I am having several issues with the platform not working correctly, but you cannot get ahold of anyone! When I email support, it takes DAYS to fix one minor problem and by then I have tried everything to get it to work myself. I now have not been contacted in almost 5 days-emailed multiple times and tried calling any number I can find. DO NOT USE ZENDESK!

No support or response to my email support request regarding our use of their support ticketing system for our clients. Worst customer service I have experienced, which ironically is a support services for customers company.

After trying and failing to get a response to a few simple questions, I asked to speak to a supervisor. I'm sure you won't be shocked to learn that a supervisor never contacted me (at this point, I certainly wasn't). But not only did a supervisor never contact me, the crew at Zendesk blocked me from the support page. They ignore you as long as they can, hoping you go away. If you won't go away? They'll just block you.

How embarrassing for a company that provides a product to companies to support their customers and they cant even support their own customers.

Very ironic that a company whose product is a support ticketing system is USELESS at actually providing support to their own paying customers!!! I have been using Zendesk for 8 years and still can't figure out how to get an actual person to help me because the have hidden the Get Support link where no one can find it.

God awful company to deal with

This company provides chat support software for BetUK and Leo Vegas. Chat wait times for their customers routinely exceed 2 hours. Customers also suffer random cut-off issues due to indeterminate periods of inactivity and have to login to chat again at the end of the 2 hour+ queue. If you're seeking a good customer service option do not choose Zendesk.
