DO NOT BUY THIS. I have Irlen Syndrome, and some colleagues have dyslexia. The visual design of this software has not only totally prevented us doing our jobs to the point where one quit because of it, it's causing migraines that are causing time off sick, so it's literally taking money out of my pocket. They clearly hate anyone with a disability as the design is like a check list of things that make it harder for people with visual processing issues to use.

Extremely low quality of service! Disrespecting agents' behavior! Highly unrecommended!

I have had a poor experience with this company. I am never able to contact anyone live for support and my account representatives have constantly changed. They always want you to use their knowledge center to find answers on your own and when I tried to cancel my subscription 24 days prior, they would not let me out of my contract. This was only 6 days late, which I was not aware of was written in the agreement. I will never use their services again, nor would I recommend anyone utilize them. There are much better products that are easier to use with a better customer experience

Would not recommend this ticketing platform to any company. Their platform is constantly lagging, would not work properly with any language tool extension (grammar and spell checker). It freezes if you write a long answer. Worst of the worst.

Rubbish product, extremely unhelpful and money grabbing customer service. Will find a better solution as soon as subscription expires.

An absolute waste of time trying to implement these services into my companies. I don't even know where to start - but it's evident the developer team behind the service does very little to maintain scripts and codebases used within their apps - as it is next to impossible to easily incorporate anything into your existing webspaces. I have been working on implementing their services for over 4 hours now, when I was able to complete the same plus more on Zoho in half that time. I understand for the last time why I have not, will not, and do not ever want to entertain using their services EVER again. Seems as if they tout the fact they are 'leading customer service solution provider' but I think they are confusing the services they provide for others vs users needing support from them - because if it was the ladder, it would totally make sense. If their dismally written and executed docs don't help you (they wont) then you can look forward to chatting with their dumb bot, that forces you to go through 5 min of pre-screening before even routing your support request, which once received will only be responded too ever 10 min, and if it's a ticket, expect a response after 6 hours. Not sure how this company stay on top (other than the fact they offer solicited reviews in exchange for more time) but as a social media influencer I will be sure to make sure as many people stay away from this company as they can. They might look good on the outside, but once you dive in you realise the mess of a show you got yourself into.

One star is even too many! The irony as another reviewer put it, is that Zendesk do not value their own customer support. Contacting their support is a nightmare to begin with and once you have someone on the other end, no one is able to help passing you on from the one agent to the next and when its escalated to a manager, they too make empty promises to look into the matter and revert soonest which of course they never do.Its almost 2 months later and my over billing and downgrading of the account is still not rectified. If you are looking for Helpdesk software from the get go, look elsewhere.

##Overview In the 6 years I've been a zendesk customer the product has received limited updates. What was once an industry leader is now a slow, bloated product with a feature set that lags behind the competition. ##The system The app is clunky and slow – searching for a ticket can take up to 9 clicks ##Price The real annoyance is that despite this costing as much as our studio management software, Slack, Google Suite, Accounts software, I receive constant prompts to upgrade to ever higher plans or spin-off products that Zendesk has created in lieu of updates to leech further money out of its existing customers. #Service There's an irony to the fact the Zendesk's own customer service is so poor. in the last few years, I've had billing issues with them 3 times. The company has lost communications, failed to get back to tickets and resolve issues – I do wonder what platform they are using to deal with issues ;) Their own live chat widget is the worst one I have experienced … - Click a link in the chat window and you lose the conversation - There's no sound so you have to remain on the window I have a currently open issue with them at the moment. That has prompted this review … The system says my billing details are out of date. Zendesk does not need to bill us for our annual subscription until October, so not sure why it needs new card information. Zendesk has halted our account and we are currently not receiving emails. I raised the issue last week and was told somebody from the finance team would be in touch. Nobody go in touch. I chased today and was told my ticket had been misassigned. They found it, and also found an email I had sent following it up. They merged them and told me somebody would be in touch last today. It's looking extremely unlikely that is going to happen I would really like to ensure that my company treat our customer better than Zendesk treat theirs. We wil now be moving to another platform - One that hopefully provides a better user experience, but definitely one that provides better customer experience.
