I've been trying to cancel for over 3 months now. I have been charged even though they confirmed they canceled. They also tricked me into paying one more month saying I should have given a 30-day notice. However, their own documentation on the website says once you cancel, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. Now I have to fight with them via bank dispute and have to close my entire card just because of them. They are ignorant. I've sent like 100 messages over 3 months. Nothing works.

We've been happily using Zendesk for more than a decade, but have now run into a huge problem with their own support team. As many others have chimed in here, actually getting a resolution to a simple billing change request has been impossible. All we wanted to do was decrease the seat quantity, and it has taken 4 months to do so thus far. I did sign a new 1-year term contract at the new seat quantity, and was happy to do so, but we continue to be charged the old quantity. The total overcharge will be 4X our monthly subscription if it is not resolved in the next week. We are now looking at migrating to another platform, which we had definitely not wanted to do at this point.

Inflexible, unreasonable, unresponsive. No idea why companies outsource their service to this place and imagine their customers will be happy is beyond me. You get what you pay for. What a waste of time.

I have been using Zendesk ever since they purchased Base CRM. Our multimillion-dollar company relies on sales activities via Zendesk Sell to maintain revenue and pay staff. Four days ago, my account just disappeared, and Zendesk isn't solving the issue. The support staff has been atrocious. They first stated they "couldn't find my account and that I need to be an admin to work with support." The disturbing part of this is that I am the owner of the company and the only admin on our account. Their customer support isn't available over the phone; they only communicate online and by email, all of which are canned run-around answers and questions. For example, the support staff sends me emails around midnight each night asking for the email and subdomain associated with our account. I have provided this information at least ten times now! Stay away from this company at all costs! I have never seen worse customer support in my life!

I noticed a few unfamiliar and unauthorised debits on my credit card to Zendesk (whom I had never heard of). I used their website chat to query it - this, I must admit, was very efficient. The person helping me looked into it and told me the payments were for an adult dating site which I had never heard of either called Wellhello, which does not seem legitimate. Zendesk will not reverse the payments. Either Zendesk defrauded me or their obviously dodgy client used Zendesk to defraud me.

This company is absolutely awful. They are one of the more expensive solutions and extremely underhand with their sales. We've had a 12 year relationship and were in discussion about a different tier of service, when they auto-renewed the subscription and wouldn't change it. This is the last year of working with these crooks.

Zendesk has automatically subscribed all customers to an annual contract without notification or the customer agreeing to this contract as so many customers have started to leave. Try and get your data out the system or customer service to respond ?

Wanted to extend my trial a few days to present Zendesk to my management prior purchase and wrote to their help chat. The chat bot was clueless and after offering some random articles it connected me to an agent. The agent saw what I wanted and let me book a call next week. When we called she asked about my company and intentions for 20min after which I asked about the trial extention for which she answered, that she does not have the rights to do that. Want to have another call with some higher level agent, she asked? No, I don´t. I value my time. What a story. They offer customer support environment but don´t know what customer support means.
