ZendeskReviews of zendesk.com

They are an email companies sign up to to deal with issues. They are a total scam and the products that use them are scams. I ordered Lulutox tea 1 packet was then bombarded with flash offers. I signed up for noting had no confirmation of an order from either of the company or their email proxy zendesk. They took nearly £80 from my account and would not cancel my order even when queried it immediately. Had no satisfaction from either total scammers.

Terrible customer support. Using Zendesk Support and Sell, and the support is a disaster. Don't get started with this tool.

I have been waiting for 3 months for a refund for a cancelled order. I get emails telling me it’s on the way. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I think this is a scam.

frustrating platform, frustrating customer support, our users don't even receive our emails

No wonder Aldente, paddle, zen desk . Three scameteers. Lol

Zendesk has deteoriated over the years. We have an upcoming renewal and we have been trying to get in touch with the relevant personnel. Of course, there was no reply so I had to look up Linkedin and the personnel has left for another company and when reaching out to their support- they said your account executive will get in touch with you, it's been 5 days - no responses. Also they are very "Transparent" when it comes to pricing so I'd say steer away if possible.
