non-existent support line - have sent 3 emails repeating myself and the agent cannot even understand the simplest things. Useless support, I'm not even enjoying Zendesk' UI anymore, unnecessarily complicated - will look towards moving to a competitor soon.

Stay away as far as you can. In actual fact RUN! Unethical company just aimed at making money. No interest in you as a client. Change their pricing and packages one-sided. And oh boy - wait till you want to get off their system and then you see their further true colors. Avoid them at all cost. Hundreds of systems out there that will provide better client service and solutions.

Really bad experience, they increase price and remove all tools from your plan without telling you... Really bad service

What an awful company they made an unauthorised transaction from my account and now they refuse to answer emails and their phone. Please be aware they are scammers I am trying to get my bank to refund but they are also (Halifax) not really helping.

Ich habe Probleme einen GEEKOM IT 13 PC per WOL zu starten. Eine Supportanfrage wird nun schon zum dritten Mal so beantwortet, dass ich den Eindruck habe die Antwort kommt von einem CHAT BOT oder von einem IT Analphabeten ohne Erfahrung, der was googelt und mir Google Ergebnisse als Lösung anbietet. Klassisch in diesem Fall: Ich soll Einstellungen im BIOS vornehmen, die es nicht gibt. Und mehr davon. Ich nehme an, dass GEEKOM den Support ausgelagert hat und so dass üble Supportimage auf sie zurückfällt. Denn der PC von ihnen ist im Gegensatz zum Support gut.

Absolutely no way to report unwanted solicitation calls and scammers and no way to contact zendesk to report it. There's nothing on their website and their phones do not get answered. Just goes to voicemail on sales and then when you try to get an operator, it says hello. But it's just a machine and it goes blank and then hangs up on you.

Been setup on a yearly pricing with monthly payments, great but when it comes to needing A SINGLE FEATURE like the web widget. What is their best response? Freaking upgrade cause they won't even try to let you get it added on for more, you have to make another Helpdesk in order to make more widgets. I don't see a point in paying $90/mo for more helpdesks to get more widgets. Talk about freaking stupid, then their digital sales rep basically tells me to do the same bs. I am requesting a refund since nobody is going to do it. $30/mo at Freshworks and have MULTIPLE widgets? Hell yeah!, for $90 I can have 3 of their accounts, talk about absolutely freaking bs, now I recall why I didn't bother with them before. HIGH ASS PRICING, low features.. pathetic of a company not to listen to customers and support them properly.
