Most horrible software, and most horrible, greediest, non-support company I've ever worked with. If I could go into negative stars, it'd be a clear -5. Funny that they sent me this invite for a review, clearly not based on previous reviews I gave them in their own review system.

Zendesk hat dass Mandat für Naturtreu. LEIDER. Bei meinen Abrechnungen stimmt es nicht, ich habe immer wieder darauf hingewiesen. Zendesk ignorierte meine Anfragen. Aber der 🔨 Als ich nach den Email Adresse der Chefs fragte, bekam ich die Antwort: Sie seien für diese Dinge zuständig, die Chefs hätten nichts zu sagen. Es geht um mehr als € 150! Ist das nicht skandalös?

Ich habe an einem Samstag Nachmittag ein Artikel zum Preis von 17 € bestellen wollen und musste auf der Internetseite zur Leiste " Zahlung" nach untern scrollen. Dabei wurde auf jeder Seite automatisch ein weiterer Artikel angekreuzt, so dass am Ende eine Summe von 104 € ohne Aufforderung berechnet wurde. Ich stornierte den Auftrag 3 Minuten nach Auftragseingabe. Dann bekam ich zwei Emails, dass der Storno in Auftrag ist. Am Sonntag Abend erhielt ich die Mitteilung, dass der Storno nicht möglich ist. Die Lieferung wird trotz Storno geliefert und eine Rücksendung zum Preis von ca. 20 € nach USA sowie keine Erstattung meiner Portokosten wird fällig. Die Firma arbeitet hinderlistig und sollte gemieden werden

Totally shit service, sorry my French. You can't find anything on their dashboard. It is a maze of buttons and redirects. If you want to turn off a certain feature, you have to fill in a Google form and wait for a response from them... and this a unicorn company... a Google form... really?!? I tried canceling the subscription... and guess what... you have to play hide and seek with the unsubscribe button. Honestly, I haven't used a worse software service than Zendesk... just purely bad experience.

We’ve been using Zendesk for motnhs, and while the platform is technically still supported and updated, it honestly feels like something developed 15 or 20 years ago. The interface is outdated, unintuitive, and many features are either broken or barely usable. Considering the high price tag, what Zendesk offers feels extremely underwhelming. It lacks flexibility, modern UX standards, and the overall user experience is frustrating. What’s most disappointing, though, is the customer support. We’ve had several interactions, and each time we were met with vague, unhelpful answers that clearly reflected a deep lack of product knowledge. It’s hard to describe just how poor the support has been — it has made us avoid reaching out unless absolutely necessary. In short, we do not recommend Zendesk. There are better, more modern alternatives out there that cost less and deliver much more.
