It's PLASTIC
I purchased a bracelet that is supposed to be pure opal. I was so excited when it arrived today but upon opening the package and inspecting the bracelet, it's definitely NOT opal or any other crystal, it's plastic! So totally disappointed! How can they advertise falsely like that? I've contacted the company asking for a FULL refund and will update here accordingly.

Hi Emma, I am sorry for this confusion. This bracelet is made of Opalite - a man-made crystal, but definitely not plastic. Although the crystal is not made by nature, it still holds healing properties and spiritual meanings that support positive, new beginnings and manifestations.. If you want to return it for a refund, please contact us via our website and we will assist you.
