USA address but product is from Dubai
USA address on website but product is from Dubai. Misleading company. I sent them an exact proof with the exact colors needed and they sent me boxes that are completely a different color than the approved proof. I do not recommend this company for any printing materials, low quality ink and a waste of time and money.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify a few points regarding your order. First, we have never claimed that all products are manufactured domestically. Our website clearly states that production may take place overseas, and we strive to be transparent about our manufacturing process. Regarding the color concerns, while you provided artwork and a digital proof, no request was made for color matching, nor was a physical color sample provided. In offset printing, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed from digital files alone, as screen colors often differ from printed results. Industry-standard color matching typically requires a physical sample or approved color reference. To resolve the issue, we offered a complimentary reprint with color matching. However, this process requires a physical sample of the desired color so our production team can accurately match it during printing. We value every customer and always work toward a fair solution when concerns arise. We remain willing to assist with a reprint once a physical color reference is provided. Thank you.
