Customer service was awesome. I had a troubleshooting issue that devoured hours of my work time. Darren got it working in 10 mins. 10/10 recommend. Really nice customer service and now my ZP 450 CTP thermal printer works like magic.

I didn’t even purchase my printer directly from zebra and the customer support was excellent. I had some issues with barcodes printing incorrectly on shipping labels. They went above and beyond to help fix the problem. Contacting them on the zebra live chat. They are not sending out sending review requests, which is probably why the rating is so low on TrustPilot
