Avoid these printers if you have a Mac!!!!!! waste of time....

Cost way to much for a label printer that disconnects often. I work in a store, and can't send packages because of this. I think we have ordered 2 replacement so far. And we started march last year.

Requested support with downloading a driver from their site which was (dont get me wrong here) a ESOL device. The files were still on their website as available. I put my serial number in when trying to doenload and got told it was invalid. Upon asking customer service they refused to help me aquire the file which was advertised on their site as available. Not good customer service. Also dont buy any devices that they discontinued as they wont help you at all, they just reccomend purchasing a newer device.

We have invested in a Zebra ZD421 printer for royal mail. we cannot get this printer to connect to any computer in the office Mac or PC. we cannot got it to connect via USB, bluetooth or connect as a wifi printer.

Gk420d print Zxp card print STAY AWAY FROM IT

420D is a piece of sh1t printer. Changes port settings when you have any disconnect. Zebra have withdrawn support for this printer which is still being promoted and sold as the best one for use with Royal Mail Click and Drop.

Beznadziejna firma, jeśli chodzi o udostępnianie rysunków i dokumentacji. Brak wsparcia. Gąszcz stron internetowych i odwołań i braku wyborów doprowadza szukającego wsparcia do szewskiej pasji. Do nowych projektów odradzam wykonywanie jakichkolwiek projektów z udziałem produktów firmy ZEBRA.
