Fake app for scam the newbies, no wallet but only some fairy fake tokens, you send it it’s game over, avoid it at all costs

1 star. Do not trust Zeal or Gnosis Pay with your money. Exactly 14 days ago I sent a small test amount of 7.34€ in ETH from my Trezor wallet to top up my Gnosis Pay card through the Zeal app. The transaction is STILL showing as “Pending”. Fourteen. Full. Days. This was only a test to check if the system worked before sending real money. It failed spectacularly. According to Gnosis Pay’s own help centre, pending transactions should clear in minutes. If they stay pending more than 10 days you should contact support. I did. Multiple times. Result so far: Zero useful response Zero explanation Zero resolution My ETH is stuck in limbo Zeal’s Discord and support channels are slow or ignore users. Gnosis Pay just points back to Zeal. Classic finger-pointing. This is not a “small glitch”. This is a complete failure of a basic function (topping up a card) on a product that markets itself as self-custodial and reliable. If they can’t process a 7€ test transfer in two weeks, how can anyone trust them with larger amounts? I will escalate this to their official complaints email, to Monavate, and to consumer authorities if needed. Until this is fixed and I get my money back (or properly credited), I cannot recommend Zeal or Gnosis Pay to anyone. Update will come when (if) they finally resolve it.

I left enquiry to customer twice , and almost two weeks, no reply. Every time it shows answer within 4 days. This is such a terrible team. Avoid this app!

very slow customer service! can't believe that in 2026, a customer service online would only promise to return message within 4 days! terrible avoid!

In der Werbung kommt es nicht rüber aber auf der Webseite schreiben Sie es unterm Kleingedruckten wir sind nicht reguliert das Geld unterliegt Schwankungen der Ertrag unterliegt Schwankungen und man kann mit einem Totalverlustes Geldes rechnen das Schreiben sie selber auf ihrer Webseite in der Werbung wird das heruntergespielt durch die einfache Frage desjenigen da ist doch ein Haken an der Sache ja der Haken ist es ist woanders festgelegt und es kann ein durchaus ein Totalverlust geben Vorsicht bitte ich bin angelockt gewesen durch die Werbung.
