My Account was Closed without Warning or Reason, After Days of Trying to Figure out Why and Contacting Support they just say that its because of Violations! I only have 1 Account and have racked up probably 40 000 SATS in 3 Months for them to do this!

I really regret using this app because they blocked my account without any reason. I had been using it for about three months and everything was fine, but since the day before yesterday (2/8), I suddenly couldn't log in with Google, and then the screen showed account issue detected. No matter how I contacted customer service, their answers were not helpful at all. In the end, they even deleted my question and didn't even reply. What a terrible attitude. I can swear that I have never used a VPN and have never done anything against the rules. I really don’t understand why they blocked me. Is it to steal my Bitcoins?!

I didn't have a lot in this wallet, but decided to test it after seeing all the negative reviews, and share my experience. The app offers a few different ways to input the invoice, but most don't work, at least on iOS. First, I tried copy-pasting an invoice from Coinbase to the recipient field, and ZBD didn't recognize it. I tried scanning the QR code, but the image was blurry regardless of distance from the camera. I cropped the QR code, and tried uploading it from the camera roll, but ZBD didn't recognize it. Finally, I tapped the paste button in the scan window, and it accepted the invoice I'd copied to the clipboard from Coinbase. At first, it said I didn't have enough to complete the transaction, so I reduced it to leave seven cents in the wallet. I made sure to double-check the number of SATs, as it needs to be exact. Seconds later, I received the BTC in my Coinbase wallet. It was certainly clunky, but it worked. Hopefully this works for someone else, and keeps working.

ZBD meldet mich nicht mehr an aus irgend einen Grund, da ich ein sehr genauer Mensch bin habe ich mir alle anmelde Daten aufgeschrieben.!! Trotzdem kann ich mich nicht mehr einloggen!!!! Ich bin Deutscher und spreche kein Englisch aber zbd antwortet immer auf Englisch, was für mich den Eindruck erweckt das zbd gar keine Klärung möchte.!! Ich habe zbd deinstalliert und alle dazu gehörigen Apps und Programme, und kann nur von ZBD abraten.! MFG Nils

They closed my account for no reason and didn’t pay! Don’t use this app

I couldn't sign in due to my account saying something was wrong. This happened after I won 60k sat and just transferred about another 2000sat. I expect what I am owed or i will be going to media or lawyer.

If I could give it zero I would. Absolutely scamalicious! Input another lightening address to withdraw but wouldn't let me. Give it a wide berth. Many other decent wallet apps available but this is certainly one to avoid. Glad I read the rest of the reviews before continuing to use.

Don't try using ZBD you'll regret it. After saving your sats here, after a month, you will be automatically signed out for no reasons and you won't be able to log in anymore. It’s a SCAM!!!
