after months of paying out, they just stopped. no customer service at all, just a canned response that leads to trying to get you to sign up for more of their crap. I thought they were different.

I've been playing the games and this is the second time that the website has locked me out of my account. This has to be the worst payout platform I've ever used in my life. I would not recommend you play anything that ZBD controls the payouts. They just don't pay out they keep the money locked up. Every time I ask for withdrawals it locks me out of the account I verify my identification I verified a selfie and my address and still ZBD doesn't allow you to withdraw none of your coins or funds I recommend no one to play games that ZBD is your pay platform. AVOID IT AT ALL COST. PLEASE DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID.

Ich habe lange Zeit und oft die Umfragen gemacht und in der Mehrzahl der Fälle keine vorher versprochenen sats erhalten. Sehr oft hatte ich lange Umfragen bis zum Ende durchgeführt und dann nachdem ich die Umfrage bewerten sollte gab es den Ausschluss, also, Null sats. Meiner Meinung nach ist das meiste glatter Betrug! Beschwerde hilft da gar nicht!

Huge disappointment. Once we start earning some sats, small withdraws works well. The problem is when you spend huge amounts of time on big events and your earnings are blocked by ZBD, even when 3rd parties send you the well-earned rewards. My earnings are just there, well over $500. Reviews show support doesn't help. It seems to be a big community but ZBD does show support. Just keeps profiting. I will change my Reviews when I get positive help.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. I had an account with ZBD for almost a year now. It was verified with KYC and I’ve been using it as a wallet and to earn crypto using various crypto games (many of whose ONLY payout method was ZBD). I did nothing against ToS and just last week I couldn’t access my account, with there being a message saying “Issue with Accout detected” after logging in. When I asked support about it they took days to respond, and finally got back to me saying this: “Hi there, ZBD has made the decision to close your account immediately, exercising its rights under cl. 13(a)(i) of the ZBD terms. Your account has been disabled and you will not be able to earn any more rewards or cash out. If you have any questions about this closure, please contact support@zbdpay.***. Kind regards, The ZBD Team Please note that under cl. 13(a) of the ZBD Terms of Service v1.1, ZBD is able to terminate a user's account at any time without any reason. Cl. 3(viii). notes that under specific circumstances the user forfeits their rights to earned BTC. If you have any questions about your account closure, please reach out to support@zbdpay.***.” So they can terminated my account for NO REASON. They could terminate ANYONE’s account WITHOUT a reason according to their ToS. I have several hundred dollars worth of sats in my account stolen by ZBD, with no rectification or support. They simply blocked me out of my account and seized my funds without cause. I live in the United States, so country has nothing to do with it. I never used a VPN or did anything against ToS. There are dozens of other people that has experienced this issue now that I’m looking at reviews. Please, do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. Either they need to get their act together and stop being a scam app (unlikely) or they need to be called out and shutdown. I highly encourage any app developer or platform to stop dealing with ZBD and to transition to another crypto transfer solution.

Couldn't even create an account, random errors everywhere. Awful support, never replied in 8 days
