On attempt of withdrawal the sats it was displayed label “ You do not have enough funds for this transaction and fees” notwithstanding the funds of my daughter exceeded transaction (including fees) costs. Withdrawal declined also on a bit lower repeated request. Ignorance by ZBD support first by backdating her request for help, then “sorted” notification, but withdrawal still impossible for the same reason as before. Scammers!

One of the worst customer services, they ”ban” your account(s)? If you wanna make an withdrawal and they can ban accounts whenever they want without a reason, super sketchy app a lot of people in the community hates the customer support That reply just makes you look even worse
