ZBD is avoiding payouts
When I first installed the app, I was extremely happy with it. It worked well enough, and even though support was clunky, they resolved issues.
The past couple of months, however, they've been avoiding paying out rewards. I had a problem with one game distributed by PlayTime through ZBD's site. PlayTime refused to answer my support ticket or emails to their support address and ZBD disclaimed any ability to facilitate the conversation.
I gave ZBD the benefit of the doubt, and decided to continue using their app, just avoiding the PlayTime games. I earned two rewards, which showed as pending on one page, but rejected on another. I reached out to support today and received this:
"I have escalated this and investigations show that the task you were attempting to complete was removed due to some flags on your account or because you may not meet the eligibility requirements for earning from this specific offer.
This could be due to violating and/or not meeting the offer conditions, having previously played the game through another offerwall and earned related rewards, or having played it in the past out of the ZBD app. Unfortunately, I cannot speak on the specifics of this due to security concerns."
None of what was suggested is the case and the "I cannot speak on the specifics" is far too convenient.
Edit: ZBD's contention that PlayTime will "eventually" respond is laughable. The have not responded yet to support tickets I opened in February.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience in receiving your rewards. I understand that sometimes playtime takes a while to respond, but they will definitely get back to you.
Unfortunately, the decision to award or issue credit is at the discretion of the investigator. This is something that ZBD is unable to control or influence, and ZBD is reliant upon that confirmation from the offer wall before we can process the reward payment.
