Was enjoying the app for a while until it forced me to verify. Even though the app should be able to be used without doing so, just with some limitations and longer hold times for reward payouts. After verifying my earnings are stuck on pending even after third party released. Just keeps saying thank you for verifying, funds typically available within 15-60 min. It has been several days. Meanwhile no response from support, and receiving emails reminding me to withdraw. I don't know if I should laugh or cuss. A warning to new users. Don't earn too much you risk your account being auto frozen I had been contacted by support, explained the situation and now my account is completely shut down. I cannot log into it any longer and support is not responding. !update! ZBD has decided to close my account immediately! Under it's right to do so at any time and without reason. Denying me any earned rewards and continued use of the app. Thank you ZBD for wasting my time.

Hello there, Verification is not forced, to continue using the ZBD app and withdraw your sats, verification is required. Kindly reach out to us on your issue with withdrawing your sats after verification.
