Zara Tanzania AdventuresReviews of zaratours.com

We had the most amazing visit in beautiful Tanzania thanks to Zara Tours. Everything was very well organized, accommodation and food was great. Best of all, however, was our guide Issa, who not only showed us the amazing parks, scenic nature and all the animals but who also taught us so much about Tanzania, its history and culture. Issa also adapted the tours so that our kids could enjoy it to the fullest. Best holiday ever and we look forward to come back again!

Zara Tours is an excellent company: woman owned, community supportive, ecologically aware, and locally centered in Tanzanian towns. We stayed in 3 different properties: Springlands, Highview and Serengeti Wildcamp. All 3 were staffed by professional, friendly locals. We rested for several days in between our arrival, our 11 day safari and departure. Staff remembered us and welcomed us. Our safari guide was incredibly skilled at navigating the treacherous Serengeti roads and spotting wildlife. Our safari was a trip of a lifetime and Zara Tours made it especially memorable.

A group of 9 friends from Monaco and France booked for Kili Trek Lemosho route with Zara Tours. Communication with David, our trip planner was easy as he was patient and responsive in planning our climb. The climb was challenging but with the support of the excellent Zara crew made it doable. Our incredible crew were instrumental to our 100% success; professional guidance, delicious meals, regular health checks, top class equipment and fun company. Thank you for everything Zara Tours

My wife and I had a great time on the 8 days Kilimanjaro Lemosho climb and 6 days safari following the migration. This was our first trip in Tanzania and it tuned out better than we thought it would be. Zara planned and delivered perfectly. Our Kilimanjaro trip with Chief guide Mmasa and his crew of porters, chef and his assistant Paul was full of many incredible moments culminating with our success at the summit. The safari in Serengeti with guide Tarimo also very impressive. We saw 3 different river crossings. We were very impressed by the whole tour and will definitely return soon for a different experience.

Zara Tours Tanzania made my experience memorable. Our Kilimanjaro guide, Omari, was the best. He got us to the summit with great motivation and great character. My safari guide, Hussein, did a fantastic job finding us all the wildlife that we were hoping to see! The waiters, assistants and office workers all were extremely helpful, professional and many became good friends. The hotel grounds were beautiful and well kept. I enjoyed the entire experience!

Amazing company that will make for an unforgettable time in Tanzania! I had heard good things about Zara Tours, but what I experienced with them was beyond any expectations I had! I cannot speak highly enough of everyone involved with our trip, and the whole company is just top notch! They also do some great work in the community, and getting to contribute to that was a great addition to our trip. I would in particular recommend getting involved with their tree planting charity as it is a good opportunity to give back to the wonderful people of Tanzania!

Excellent and reliable! Everything worked very well. Very personal and well organised. Knowledable and trustworthy guides. Zara is our new extended African family.

Thank you. The experience we had in Tanzania was truly unforgettable and we highly recommend Zara tours for arranging things just as they should be. We were really impressed at the way Zara Charity look after those who need help. The mountain guides are excellent. The safari route and wild camp facilities were perfect. We climbed Kili in 8 days by Lemosho route and took a 5 day Serengeti safari. Wonderful.
