Formerly good, now a nightmare
They partnered with a duplicitous, unlicensed pharmacy (Ousia), and when the word got out that the pharmacy has been cited for illegal compounding and unsafe, unsterile work space, Zappy passed along every lie the pharmacy churned out. People paid Zappy hundreds or even thousands of dollars for what we thought were legitimate medicines, and Zappy shut down all communication, refusing refunds or exchanges.
Response from Zappy HealthDec 22, 2024
Dear Essie, Thank you for sharing your concerns. We deeply regret the frustration and confusion this situation has caused, and we understand how upsetting it must be. To clarify, Zappy Health does not create or pass along misinformation. Quite the opposite actually; we are the only party that has been engaging fully with our customers, on a real-time basis, when other parties have essentially been radio silent. As a medical provider, we communicate updates as they are conveyed to us by the pharmacies in real time so that our patients are kept informed. While we always work in good faith to ensure accuracy, there are instances where the pharmacy may provide information that later changes. When this occurs, we promptly share updated details with our patients to keep them in the loop. If you need specific information regarding your prescription or the medications you received, we recommend reaching out directly to the pharmacy in question at [email protected]. They will have access to individual details that may not be available to us as the medical provider. We also want to assure you that upon learning of the concerns surrounding this pharmacy, we immediately severed our relationship with them and transitioned to working exclusively with highly reputable pharmacies to ensure patient safety moving forward. Your trust is incredibly important to us, and we are here to assist you with any additional questions or concerns you may have. Please feel free to contact us if there’s anything further we can do to support you.
