Go elsewhere!!
Steer clear of this place because they will NOT have your back, they will ghost you, and they will put all the responsibility/blame on you to go fight your own battles over decisions that Zappy made. While they have recently changed to reputable pharmacies, they were the ones responsible for choosing an unlicensed pharmacy with multiple legal issues to partner with in the past (Ouisa). Those of us who came to Zappy to order expensive medication (Ouisa) got it from a pharmacy that is under FL Dept of Health investigation for not being licensed, for being made in unsterile conditions, and for not being licensed to send to multiple states. Zappy and Dr. M were originally decent at giving updates but have ghosted all their patients as of xmas eve. No one will respond to thousands of us left with Ouisa vials. Any reputable company would refund/replace but Dr. M has adamantly said no and has put his patients in the middle to battle the pharmacy ourselves. We paid Zappy, not Ouisa. It is Zappy's job to make this right, to communicate with patients, and to do the right thing. We know Ouisa has lied about where the meds came from, and they are NOT deemed safe under 503-b protections. Ouisa has lied repeatedly. Dr. M and Zappy need to refund/replace for their patients who trusted them, and deal with Ouisa on their own. So incredibly disappointed in this company - Steer clear. When Hallendale messed up things in the past, the telehealth providers made it right. Zappy should learn from that example instead of ghosting their patients.
Response from Zappy HealthJan 14, 2025
We deeply regret the frustration and disappointment you’ve experienced, and we want to address your concerns. Zappy Health takes patient trust very seriously. In December 2024, we learned that Ousia Pharmacy, one of our former partners, was under investigation by the Florida Department of Health for alleged violations. While Ousia disputed the allegations, we immediately ceased our partnership with them. We understand how upsetting this situation has been and are truly sorry for the impact it has had on you and others. We acknowledge the frustration around communication and refunds, and we sincerely apologize if you’ve felt unsupported. While we cannot provide advice on Ousia’s processes, we recommend contacting them directly at https://www.opcrx.us/contact, via email at [email protected], or by phone at 888-220-8728 for questions about your medication. Your feedback highlights areas where we must improve for our patients moving forward. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly if there’s anything further we can do to assist.
