Horrible and dishonest company. Please do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company. This company screwed hundreds if not thousands of people out of there hard earned money all in the name of greed and unethical business practices. They contracted with Ousia pharmacy who did not have a sterile compounding license and sent people medicine that is potentially unsafe to inject. Instead of making this right what do they do? Nothing except say oh well. Oh and they block you from their chat if you file a chargeback. It’s really sad that some people including a few elderly people spent the last of their savings at hopes for a life changing medicine to be messed over. I hope this issue continues to escalate and they are criminally held accountable!!!

Don’t let days go by while putting them through “all the things” before telling them you can’t help them because they are in the wrong state. I understand you have it listed on your website somewhere…. But if they reach out after not seeing the specifics…. Don’t assume they saw the details and are continuing the conversation just for fun… don’t let 3-5 days pass by before telling them you can’t help them due to something you could have said in the first five minutes of chatting with them.

My experience with Zappy Health has been deeply troubling and highlights severe issues with their business practices. I became a telehealth patient of Zappy Health in December, which partners with a compounding pharmacy called Ousia Pharmacy Corp. However, I later discovered that the medication they sold me—a compounded prescription for tirzepatide—was prepared and shipped illegally. Ousia Pharmacy does not have the required licenses to compound sterile medications or distribute them to my state (Missouri). This information became public following an administrative complaint filed by the Florida Department of Health, which revealed unsafe practices such as improper storage, failure to refrigerate medications, and missing records. Initially, Zappy Health acknowledged these issues and promised refunds or replacements. However, they soon reversed their stance, stating they could not afford to provide refunds, leaving me stuck with illegally manufactured medication. Zappy left patients with no real answers about the medication, leaving us to ask Ousia to explain themselves. Ousia's explanations for the medication’s provenance have been inconsistent and verifiably false. When I reached out to confirm the origin of the medication, the alleged third-party compounding pharmacy denied any involvement and pointed out discrepancies in the medication’s labeling, formulation, and expiration dates. It is also deeply unethical for Zappy Health’s physician to continue assuring patients that the medication is safe and effective when it has been sourced from an unlicensed pharmacy. The FDA specifically warns against such practices, as unlicensed compounding poses serious safety risks. Zappy Health continues to assert that Ousia Pharmacy is licensed, but this claim is misleading. Ousia holds a license as a Community Pharmacy—not as a sterile compounding pharmacy—and they are not licensed at all in Missouri, where my medication was shipped. This deliberate misrepresentation is a breach of trust and patient safety. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to avoid Zappy Health entirely. While Zappy Health continues to deny responsibility for refunding patients, claiming they are not the pharmacy, their business model does not allow patients to choose which pharmacy their prescriptions are sent to—an option required by law in my state. By restricting this choice, Zappy Health assumes the responsibility to vet their partner pharmacies and ensure compliance with legal and safety standards. Their failure to do so has put patients at risk and reflects a gross lack of accountability and professionalism. Update: Ousia Pharmacy voluntarily relinquished their community pharmacy license pending Florida Board of Pharmacy action due to their illegal sterile compounding operation. Despite this, Zappy is still not giving refunds or replacing the medication illegally compounded by Ousia. Shame on them.

They changed their pharmacy and it does not ship to my state so they said they issued my refund on Dec 24, 2024. As of today January 6, 2025 my bank has no record of a refund being issued or in the processing stage - nothing. However zappy health assured me on Jan 4 that they could confirm that my refund was issued on their end and to contact my bank. I still am waiting for zappy to tell me where my money is. The bank don’t see it anywhere / zappy said we refunded it on their end. Who is telling the truth as they see it? I just want my refund so I can order my medication from a place that services arkansas. I’m at a stand still and am very very angry and anxiety ridden which isn’t good for someone who already struggles with ptsd and severe anxiety.

They advertise They have monthly subscription but yet they don't provide me with that option. I've already told them, I'm on a fixed income. I can't afford to pay for a 3 subscription @ 599 or 600. I might as well stay pleasantly plump. It doesn't seem like they really want to help my __t __s . 😭

Hard to connect with anyone from the company for help or questions. First vial was all saline and no refund or response from zappy or pharmacy they used when they are both fully aware of the messups ...so so may consumers paid for fake vials and achieved nothing but Iitching and bloating. Then zappy said we could have the vials tested outselves and contact the pharmacy ourselves when we paid zappy! No one seems to care. Zappy claims they are working through it all and not their fault but offering no solution or refund - they are quick to charge cards though for coming months as if all is normal . Total crap

my 1st review was not good but the physician went above and beyond from “computer glitches” that had everything messed up so i redid it with 5 star. i have now spent a month trying to get the medication. after 2-3 weeks of waiting i was told the my prescription was “miss placed” and offered to process it or refund it. i said to fill it ASAP. another week rolls by of nothing so i contact again and am AGAIN told it has been “miss placed” and offered to fill it or refund it. from start zappy has had a lot of “computer problems “ resulting in wrong invoices, talking to me as wrong patient even, and apparently 2 miss placed orders. they places charge an awful lot a month, and don’t seem to have any trouble with billing systems, to not be getting the meds and for this amount of trouble. i’m sticking with it cause i know the pharmacy they use is a good one but that the only reason i’m not quitting with zappy. the physician i delt with before was very good tho. dr michel i believe was his name
