Great company
Great company.. would have given 5 stars, just wished it was a little cheaper to purchase. But zappy company itself is wonderful!! Other than that I would’ve given it 5stars!! They are fast with response with any issues or concerns I may have. Will continue to recommend..

I've been a customer of Zappy Health for almost seven weeks, and I love their product. The telehealth service is excellent, and I feel comfortable discussing my weight loss journey with the doctors and nurse practitioners. Really satisfied so far
The medical provider is very thorough and addresses all concerns. The app is very comprehensive and I love the food tracking feature. The medication was delivered in a timely manner as promised and you can ask questions anytime in the chat feature. Overall, very pleased.

I’m happy with Zappy Health
I’m happy with Zappy Health, customer service is not reachable by phone which is ok at times. I’d like to speak with a live person during those times when I need clarification or have an immediate need versus sending a message and waiting for a response. The dosing schedule is confusing because my provider told me one thing but the guide sent with my meds is another. Dr. C is amazing, very caring and understanding.

The initial lab draw order had…
The initial lab draw order had complications as there was missing information on the doctors order. But customer service was quick to reply and it was resolved without me having to come back to the lab to get my blood drawn. I always get a response from them within a day or two at most.

The doctor was great but over 15 min late. Had I been at work for this appt, I would’ve had to cancel.
