Update: I wrote my initial review shortly after receiving the 9mo supply but prior to starting their dosing. They have not been honest or transparent with the Ousia case. I wasted $2700 on vials that are not confirmed sterile or safe to use or even approved to be distributed in my state. This has been the worst experience since starting Tirz. I wish I would’ve went with another company that cares about the health and safety of their patients. Run and avoid ever using this company. Initial review: Great experience working with Zappa Health. Process was easy to follow and I received my package within a week. They have great communication and the community section of the app is useful

Edit- I paid Zappy Health almost $1000 for 3 months of medication. I received medication that is possibly conterfeit, illegal, unsafe, and unpure substances of unknown origin, which is currently under an active investigation. Zappy first promised refunds or replacements from a reputable pharmacy, but has since decided to shift the blame to Ouisa, the pharmacy they choose to send my prescription to. I did not choose Ouisa to fill my prescription and did not pay Ouisa. My money was sent to Zappy and should be refunded by Zappy. Do yourself a favor and investigate Zappy Health before trusting them with your health and your money. You will find hundreds of people with the same situation. Very quick and helpful responses! Beautiful website that is easy to navigate.

Updated 1/18/24 I can’t continue my initial review because Zappy has continued to refuse solutions or support in the form of refunds or replacements after it was learned the medication they sent from Ousia could not be determined as safe or sterile. Ousia does not have a sterile compounding license and is not licensed in my state. Now I’m out almost $2000 and have no usable medication. I am very happy with my experience and Zappy is able to work with me at my current level since I’m transferring from another program

Cannot find a phone number to talk to a person. Cannot apply coupon code per the instructions. The AI Helpdesk and chat are also unhelpful because the instructions are given for options that are not available on the website. I am extremely reluctant to pay the amount of money they are asking when it is so difficult to connect with a live person.

I did not speak to anyone yet? So really, can’t rate.

EDIT: It's easy to get 5 star reviews when you offer a chance to win 250.00. This company took my money and sent me meds from a shady pharmacy. (Ousia)The "Dr" disappeared on christmas eve and left his patients high and dry. Some are experiencing true problems and there is no Dr helping them. I paid for a telehealth provider, and he is unreachable. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY Wow! Talk about easy. I'm changing from another provider and was pleasantly surprised how fast and easy it was. I wish the app they use was more user friendly. Had to clarify something and was emailing in real time with Tiann. Super friendly and helpfull.

My wife and I have been paid almost $6,000 and zero communication on the status and timing of our orders. This is close to feeling like fraud.

13 days after processing my payment and I still don’t have my meds. Five days ago the pharmacy called and said I would have them by sat. This is Tues and I still don’t have them.
