Hi there. I'm really sorry to hear you're disappointed, but I do want to clarify a few things about how our signs work and our production process. First, your sign includes a remote that lets you easily dim the brightness. If the neon is overpowering the printed backing in a dark room, turning the brightness down will instantly balance out the contrast—this is a total game changer if you're trying to take photos or videos. Second, we strictly use the highest quality, 100% sharp UV printing on the market. Since there aren't any photos attached to this review, please email a picture of your sign to [email protected]. We will pull the original designer and our production team in to investigate exactly what is going on with your specific piece. Lastly, we never move forward to production without your final approval. We often revise mockups multiple times to give you exactly what you ask for. Even when we offer our professional advice or give warnings about how printed details will interact with bright neon lighting, we ultimately build exactly what you approve. Sometimes the physical reality of a glowing sign just turns out a bit differently than what you might have pictured in your head. We still want to help get to the bottom of this, so please reach out to our email with those photos so we can take a look.
