omg a 2nd order?! u are officially family! 🥹🫶 totally hear u on the mounting hardware too—we're actually always looking for ways to upgrade our installation kits, so i’m definitely passing this feedback straight to our production team so we can do better. thanks for sticking with us and helping us level up! 🛠️✨🚀

hi there. i totally hear your concerns about the face complexions and the visibility when the sign is turned on. our support team actually just sent u an email to look into this, so please check your inbox! we definitely need to see exactly how the led lights are interacting with the printed backing, so if u could reply to that email (or shoot a new one to [email protected]) with a few photos of the sign both lit up and turned off, that would be super helpful. once we get those pics, our production team can dive in and investigate exactly what’s going on here!
