I used their bus to go to Milan designer outlet mall and the workers were very rude. I do not recommend anyone to use them. The staff are very disrespectful specially the driver.

Booked lake Como tour. We were at meeting point 30 minutes prior to tour and driver didn’t show. We have evidence of being at meeting point on time. Careful when using this company. There was no Way to cancel. So i took the trip to the Office in the morning. I waited in line. Tried to cancel. Or move the Day. There was no help. No one wanted to talk to Me.
