A great platform for clinicians and clients! The Zanda platform is great, providing tailored options for clinics. This includes how they communicate with their client base via email templates and automation set up. Access from clients to an online portal, where they can check appointments and invoices. Again all options can be controlled and tailored by the clinc. Further to this Zanda adapt and listen, always on hand for direct support and are open to ideas, where you can detail an option and if viable this can and will be supported. They complete regular informative webinars to help drive the use of the platform and are always progressively moving forward with their client base. I have used many platforms in varying industries and I think Zanda is the most intuitive, with options to personalise and allow clarity for both clinicians and clients alike. I highly recommend this health care system. It makes our clinic seamless and adapt to the needs of the business!
