I work in a private psychology practice. Using software that makes scheduling appointments, sending clients automatic reminders for appointments, keeps information secure and enables easy payment options etc is essential. Powerdiary has helped keep the admin side of my practice running efficiently. I like the ease of use (it’s logical) and how I can set it up to suit my needs. Also if there are any occasions I need to ask a question or get help with the system I can access tech support quickly, and the tech team seem respectful and adaptable to my level of knowledge of the system. That’s also important to me, that the company running it seems open to helping me as needed and values me as a client even if I’m just one of many others. An efficient and quality product combined with a great team behind the scenes leaves me very happy and satisfied with the product to date.

Efficient and effective way of organising client appointments

We are incredibly happy with Power Diary! It is fabulous to have all that we need in one place for our practice. We can develop our own case note and email templates, take payments, Medicare claims, run reports, along with the usual scheduling. Client appointments can be scheduled and rescheduled. We find the SMS messenging incredibly useful. In summary - user friendly, flexible and time saving!

Several years ago I was a temporary business improvement manager for a Health Service which was in trouble - it was still paper based with paper diaries and excel spreadsheets for almost everything, records, accounts, appointments etc. I had to sort this! One of the top priorities was sourcing suitable 'software'. I researched for an Australian product (I knew some of the big competitors) as I believe in supporting Australian efforts where ever possible. Power Diary was Australian, the price was very competitive, everything was easily branded for the business, it was cloud-based and the support was second to none. Since then, I have had services in my consulting work where I have needed to use Power Diary. I opened my own basic account and pay the regular monthly fee or when consulting work changes I suspend the account for a nominal fee. All my records remain protected. Whether it is as simple as app't entries (my calendar is set up to share across Google and Outlook calendars), Case Notes, Emails, or text reminders - it is all easily programmable and user-friendly. I cannot recommend it more highly. Power Diary is constantly improving and tweaking and value feedback. Oh, and most importantly, their online, email and phone assistance service is second to none! Thanks Power Diary :)

Really good software. Best and easiest online management diary software I have used. Would highly recommend. Only area would like to see improvements would be with being able to make changes and personalized additions more easily.

We love our power diary. I was saying to a client today that it was one of the best business decisions I made, along with an answering service. My clients love the online booking too. It frees us up so much to do the work we’re trained to do!
