Power Diary is intuitive
Power Diary is intuitive and has so many features that make organising my work so much better. I love being able to have letter/email/reminder templates at my finger-tips, and the staff are very helpful when I have a query.

I find Power Diary very easy to use
I find Power Diary very easy to use. It was So simple to set up all my clients and then book all their appointments in. It’s intuitive and well supported by the team behind the scenes. I don’t think I’ve ever had any functionality issues and all my client reminders have gone out seamlessly. It’s very easy to input client notes and review them. I’ve sometimes had to recall invoices and this is hassle free.

Easy to use, Value for money and great customer support....
After researching and using several Practice Management platforms for an Allied Health practice, Power Diary rose to the top for ease of use, value for money and customer support. When dealing with Power Diary it feels like you are dealing with business that is still intimately connected to their customer base and certainly not a "start up" on a growth at all cost mission. Sure, like any software when you do a side by side comparison you are going to find things (as I did) that you like more in other platforms but on balance Power Diary won out in value for money and ease of use. The things I like about Power Diary - Simple, clean look and easy to use calendar. -Medicare Claiming was easy to set-up and administer -The invoicing allowed DIY customisation to meet Medicare, Work Cover and Private Health Insurance Requirements. - SMS Reminder Process has "no touch" appointment status update and clinician notification from client reply. -The Telehealth feature that was recently released without a money grab. Hey, everyone has a different focus for their PMS needs so Power Diary is not going to suit everyone.
