This practice management software really makes life a breeze for me as a sole practitioner! Power Diary is very user friendly, clean, neat. It makes work and administration very efficient. The layout is well done. They are good in taking on feedbacks and put them in their development pipeline.

I have been using Power Diary for just on one year now. Before choosing Power Diary i looked into several other options. I am so glad I choose Power Diary. It is so easy to set up, it is quite intuitive and it does all that I need in running my small psychology practice. From making appointments, automated appointment reminders, invoicing and keeping file notes, it's all covered. There are several aspects of Power Diary that I do not use such as the ability for clients to make their own appointments via one's web page. Damien and his team are very responsive to questions. They are friendly and most helpful in resolving any issues promptly. Finally, they are constantly improving the program. A most helpful innovation was the recent inclusion for telehealth services in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. And there was no additional cost to use this feature. I have no hesitation in recommending Power Diary.

Choosing Power Diary as our practice management system when we opened 8 years ago was perhaps the best operational decision we made! Power Diary has all the features we need, plus some, and is very intuitive to use. The customer support is excellent and the team have implemented a number of our suggestions over the years, proving they are responsive. The pricing is also the most cost-effective value on the market for a group practice (at least that we've seen). Our staff love Power Diary, our clients appreciate it (e.g. reminders, online bookings, telehealth), and I unreservedly recommend it to other practice owners.
