We've been using Powerdiary for about 2 years now and I cannot speak highly enough about it, it's intuitive and fast. Recommendations we make are catalogued and if there's enough demand changes are made. Occasionally there are hiccups and they are fixed anywhere from within a few minutes to at most half an hour. If we have questions about how to do something we normally have a reply within 8 hours regardless of the time of day. This is the second booking software we've had and it's far superior to our previous software.

I looked at various software to help me manage my business but I couldn't find one that was within my price range and would translate well with my business. I have a healing and coaching business and wanted something that was easy to navigate but didn't cost a lot since my business is small and growing. Power Diary was perfect for my needs and came at a reasonable rate. It was so easy to navigate that I was able to set everything up within one day and I was ready to go! I highly recommend this program!

So far power diary has made it easier for client management, storing notes safely. Access to templates / forms has been beneficial as well. Customer support is also prompt, professional and friendly. Further to this, with continued customer support from power diary personnel, I have been able to navigate challenges with client management and accessing client details. I am very happy with this platform and highly recommend power diary.

I have been using power diary for about 6 months now and I couldn’t be more satisfied. It’s really simple to use, for both practitioners and clients, is practical and it is saving me a significant amount of time on admin! Great customer support as well! Highly recommended!

Power diary is a great system. It allows you to make your own templates, use images which is a great reference for me! It also allows me to have different templates be it a new clients or a follow up session. I love that it sends my clients reminders too. There is a lot more to this system that I have yet to discover! Very easy to navigate and the best system I have found in the last 10 years of looking!

I decided on Power Diary because I am a sole practitioner and PD had the best rate. I found the platform easy enough to navigate without using any of the guides. When I did have questions, I was very impressed with how fast the customer service rep came to my aid. The platform itself offers almost everything I need from a booking, billing, communication, marketing to a pretty fabulous medical filing system. One of my fav things, I can access it from all my devices, and even if I leave the program open in 5 different windows and on 5 different devices, it still saves everything. I also really liked creating my own form, communiqué and note templates. Things I would improve? Direct billing, having that more automated would be pretty great. Other than that, I’m very happy. I have already recommended the platform to another colleague, and they too enjoy it as much as I do.

Power Diary is so user friendly. I don't use all of the features at the moment - but the Power Diary Team are always sending through tips and tutorials to help you access different aspects of the platform. Thanks Power Diary for a great experience so far.
