Really lovely and luxurious packaging with my new shoes. It would have been great if they offered some type of promo code for first time buyers from the website, but I understand not all retailers off this. Otherwise really wonderful service.

I have never experienced a more attentive "online" store. The people at Naza are exceptional with their customer service, and the product selection is outstanding. I will definitely continue to shop this store.

"I was very happy with the bras I received from Zana. Would have given 5 stars but they did not notify me that the backordered bras I ordered were going to take longer than they said they would. They gave me different bras and had them to me within a week so I was still happy. Will order my winter clothing from them!"
