Five stars 🌟 FANTASTIC
Receiving and opening my sticker decorated secure packaging to my new adorably wrapped fountain pen was such a joy! I REALLY LOVE the pen too! I will definitely be a returning customer and highly recommend ZAKKA JOY!!! 🤩

So sorry to hear you were anything less than thrilled with your order. I understand that if you missed the product description and only saw the images that it could have been confusing. We are working to make that more clear in the product listing in case anyone else doesn't see the description. Also, we did send you a response via email before you left this review. Please check your spam folder just in case. Of course, we are happy to offer you a full refund if you'd like. Just let us know! Thank you :)
