Wonderful experience. Great communication, fast delivery and beautifully packaged with obvious care - much appreciated

I'm so glad I kept scrolling and found this place. First and foremost the inventory is AMAZING. I'm devastated I don't live anywhere nearby, but i'm sure my wallet will be thrilled. The cards are funny, the gifts and homewares are top notch, but their art/craft supplies are what brought me there in the first place. I was looking for some hard to find/niche items and they delivered. Plus, the prices are amazingly reasonable and I don't feel like I overpaid on anything. the timing on delivery was spot on and the packaging was cute and thoughtful (which isn't necessary, but always appreciated!) This placeis my new online go-to. Here's hoping I make it up for a visit someday :)

Order was shipped quickly and arrived in secure packaging.

Really cute packaging! Wasn’t expecting it at all to be so personalized. Also the sailor moon acne spot patches are some of the most effective patches I’ve bought.

Staff is always very friendly and helpful as well as a wonderful stationary selection.

A company that can give a little personal touch in the transaction goes a long way in my book. Spending a little or a lot of money and still get the feeling that the order looks important enough to be carefully fulfilled might be textbook customer service certainly, but mostly a disappearing detail. Your shop I venture and pardon my presumption if you will is not a "thousands of transactions a day" operation...yet the order will receive great care and accuracy makes my memory of coming back a happy one . Liked the wrappers for the small stuff. Technically, I'm terrible at writing reviews as I tend to ramble, but you find some information in this review.

Great experience!! You can tell your shipment is wrapped with love and handled with care!
