Zactra Technologies Inc.Reviews of zactra.com

Zactra.com provided excellent support for our eCommerce website. Their team is responsive, skilled, and reliable. Highly recommended!

Amazing Tech Solution group, entered my company and assisted us in creating something revolutionary. If you need technological assistance whether its Web dev, Mobile dev or Application this is the place to go to!

I have been dealing with a freelancer through Upwork on a project of developing a WordPress website. The contract was very clear and yet he decided to move away from the contract conditions and do his own thing. What a terrible experience to deal with this company. Don't be fooled by their fancy website etc. its smoke and mirrors. I have recently had a security company check the entire site and they sent me the following: Dear Sir, The issue of unwanted/harmful text appearing on your website's homepage has been successfully identified and resolved. Root Cause: A malicious file named api.php was found inside the custom-elementor-widgets plugin (a custom plugin installed by the developer under the name zactra). This file acted as a backdoor, allowing unauthorized access to your website. The previous developer intentionally used this backdoor to modify your website's content. What We Have Done: The entire custom-elementor-widgets plugin has been deactivated and removed. The api.php file is attached as evidence. A full security scan of your website has been completed – no other malware found. Action Required from You: Please do not use this plugin ever again. For any future custom plugin installation, have it reviewed by me first. Your website is now fully secure. Wow!!! There are some unscrupulous people out there. Be very careful

Great professional peoples. They have completed my project on time and did the work beyond my expectations. See you on my other project.

I had a great experience working with this team. They are very professional and responsive. They assigned a skilled and approachable project manager who took care of everything I needed. I highly recommend Zactra Technologies to everyone.

Zactra is truly exceptional. Their expertise and dedication shine through in every aspect of their work. They delivered innovative solutions on time and communicated seamlessly. A top-notch choice for IT needs!

Working with zactra was very blessed. Now when they asked me to rate them, i am happy to give 5 star rating because these people are really professional. I recommend to everyone

The only thing which could be improved in zactra is communication time. This company works on UK timezone which was an issue for me. As far as concerned about rating stuff, it is really amazing. Zactra Inc is super professional when it comes to delivering something on time and bug-free. These people have saved my time and a lot of energy to explain things. I highly recommend to everyone if they ignore time difference. Still, i will give 5-star rating because they have always delivered the right stuff.
