Company sold me a Pixel phone. The phone arrived in great condition but they neglected to do the most important thing, verify that the phone was actually unlocked. When I contacted them, their only response was "our records indicate it is unlocked" even after I provided them with evidence from the carrier and independant sites showing that the device was locked.

I want to give public recognition to YY Wireless. I purchased a used Samsung S25 from YY Wireless via Amazon on December 7, 2025. From the start the experience was excellent: prompt shipping, excellent condition, and flawless activation at T-Mobile. After seven months of perfect use, the phone was blocked on August 7, 2026 due to a previous owner's unpaid balance. T-Mobile explained the block was tied to the IMEI being on another account that stopped paying. YY Wireless provided proof they had checked the IMEI before sale and it was clear at that time. Instead of dismissing it as a carrier issue, YY Wireless acted immediately. They diagnosed the problem quickly, arranged a prepaid return, and issued a full refund. Every step they promised, they completed. In an industry where many sellers would say "not our problem," YY Wireless showed honesty, accountability, and customer-first values. They are exactly the kind of seller that gives buyers confidence in buying used phones through Amazon.

Purchased a Samsung Ring that was listed as NEW open box. It completely died after less than 8 months. The price reflected a new item and not refurbished. Clearly this was refurbished and NOT new. They sent me to Samsung who echoed the same and as such would not support. While YY was fast and courteous, they would not own up to their ruse. They would not exchange, discount or refund.

Fellow Americans consider this review a very serious warning. Buy anywhere else except from yywireless.com This seller is a scummer. I ordered google pixel 10 pro xl received it on June 24th, and took it to my carrier AT&T for them to help me set it up. The tech who is helping me and his co league failed miserably to unlock the phone. One of the tech told me it was a demo cell phone that cannot unlock. I dart out from AT&T store to Best Buy to return the useless item. I can't believe Best Buy carry this awful seller to waste people time and money for the product that does not even work. Shame on you yywireless.com you are awful and dishonest! Unfortunately I did not check the review for this seller before I purchase the item. Thank you for reading. Marietta

This company is a rip off claiming I returned an I phone 11 instead of iPhone 15 according to their meticulously kept records. This is incorrect they got back what they sent me exactly what they sent me and will not refund money or phone they issued 40$ for 500$phone. For 3 months they will not refund so Amazon should pull them off. Do not buy or believe their ridiculous record keeping

Bought a iphone 16 t mobile. Recieved a device with an open account balance and phone was completely carrier locked. Scam company do not trust.
