The product works very well for my dog
The product works very well for my dog. My product always ships efficiently and on time so I never run out. When I do have to call with a question everyone has always been very courteous and helpful.

Didn’t honor discount for long time customers
It’s too bad they chose to not honor the discount tier many of us have enjoyed for a long time. At the new price point, I will shop around.

I love the product and original owners'…
I love the product and original owners' customer service. the new group, Vetnique, keeps pushing items unrelated to my dogs, and the schedule keeps changing. I also cannot transfer my current subscription of YuMove to the new site. Between 5 stars for the YuMove team and product and the one star that Vetnique is earning so far, it unfortunately rounds down. I also hope Vetnique isn't really jacking the price up 50% as it looks like for the subscription.
