Hello Paula, Thank you for taking the time to review our product and we appreciate any feedback given. Though most of our products show results in as little as 4 weeks, we do advise using them for 60 days before seeing the full effects. We do also advise using a double amount for the first 4-6 weeks, using the loading amount will mean that you start to see the benefits as soon as possible You may wish to continue with the loading amount this can then be reduced to the maintenance amount once you are happy that there is a difference. Hi Kim, Thank you for sharing your experience. In case of help, although some owners notice a difference within 1-2 weeks, it can take up to 6 weeks to see the full effects. We also recommend doubling the daily amount of tablets for the first 4-6 weeks as this fast-tracks the benefits.
