Hi Gael, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. If it has been more than 60 days and you have not seen the results you had hoped for, this may be an indicator that you need a stronger formula. We do also advise using a double amount for the first 4-6 weeks, using the loading amount will speed up the process and make those results more beneficial. Hello, Thank you for getting in touch. We are disappointed to learn that your dog did not like the taste of the chews. We have these in tablet format which are a different taste and I have arranged for some of these to be posted as an alternative for your dog to try. Please do keep us posted with how you get on. Hello Jillian, Thank you for taking the time to review our product and we appreciate any feedback given. Though most of our products show results in as little as 4 weeks, we do advise using them for 60 days before seeing the full effects. We do also advise using a double amount for the first 4-6 weeks, using the loading amount will mean that you start to see the benefits as soon as possible. You may wish to continue with the loading amount this can then be reduced to the maintenance amount once you are happy that there is a difference, If you still feel like there is not a vast improvement after reducing back down over the following weeks after the loading amount, it may be an indication that your dog may need our stronger product.
