Update: As promised, the Customer Service team contacted me and explained the pricing details that were not apparent when I originally placed the order. Their willingness to communicate and to offer an additional discount deserves this amended review. Excellent customer service means a great deal to me in these days and times. I ordered as a result of the 50% off promotion for Black Friday. Once the order was placed the discount was closer to 25%. It was a bait and switch and I'm looking for another provider as I don't like that kind of business practice. I also wrote to customer support asking about the issue and received no response. Very disappointing.

Hi Julie, thank you for your review. After checking into your account, I can confirm that you received 50% off discount, as our subscription is already 30% off the original price of the item. You received an additional 20% of that total, to equal a total of 50% off the original cost of the item.
