Customer service is phenomenal!

My greyhound was limping after running. Since I started her on Yumove she can now run without limping. She has not limped since shortly after starting her on this Yumove. I give it to My other greyhound as well for prevention

I am very impressed by the manner in which this company dealt with a very minor problem I had with my order. They went above and beyond the call of duty to solve this problem and I’m very grateful For the generous and thoughtful way they resolved this issue. They rank an A+ in my book.

We Love YuMove...Over a year ago we found out from our Vet that Our Black lab 10 years old had joint issues. Later that same year our 8 year old Golden Retriever got the same news they were both put on prescriptions for pain and swelling. Then our Vet told us about YuMove, a couple months after our First order both our Kids are no longer needing prescriptions our kids are running outback with us and back to their Old Selves. Our orders are always shipped fast,convenient and we Can't Thank you all So Much.

My dogs refuse to eat the pills. I tried to ask for a refund and I was told to try alternative ways to administer the pill, as if had not already tried that. So I have a full bottle that none of my dogs will take. Obviously we won’t be doing business again.

The customer service on call was top tier. The person, I think her name was Diana(?). Spoke so nicely and calmly explained everything to me. She answered my questions honestly and I really appreciate it that. The items I received we also great. My dogs loved it!! Thank you!!!

YuMove changed our dog's life. He's a 2.5 year old lab with hip dysplasia who walked slow, wasn't playful, and isolated often. We were prepared to get him a total hip replacement, but 3 weeks after daily YuMove he is trotting ahead of us with his tail up, he jumps on to the bed easily, and he spends the evenings with us in the living room now. I've told everyone with a dog about this supplement!!
