I tried to order a trial for each of my…
I tried to order a trial for each of my dogs, the orders keep being cancelled, I have no idea why. I have 2 dogs, same breed, different ages, sex and eating tendencies. I was hoping to use this trial for them both, and would have continued purchasing for both if it worked well. But if I can't get a full trial amount for them, there's no point - even the trial amount is less than required to be confident of seeing results. C'mon Yumove, you can do better.

I love the update and confirmation…
I love the update and confirmation about the order status. We’re hoping our picky dog likes these. We’ve tried just about everything else. This product was recommended by our vet.

The fact that mutt/ greyhound mix is…
The fact that mutt/ greyhound mix is walking again and very jaunty I might add. Makes us smile. We have started all our dogs on Yumove Just to prevent wear and tear. It’s only been two weeks but we are using the Plus for the greyhound. We are not challenging him yet. We are are just going to take our cues from him. Single dosage was afraid he would get sick. But the improvement was so rapid. You can tell the pain is less because he’s even starting to play with our four month old mini dach.

Auto-orders not shipping
My last subscription order that said it shipped on 2/7 still has not been received by USPS. I reached out to address the issue, and the replacement order has also not shipped. I was just charged for next months order when this months hasn’t even arrived. My dog has been without his supplements for over a week now. Update: They took care of the issue.
