The online ordering process was easy. Fast delivery. When I needed to cancel my subscription I couldn't figure out how online so I called. Easy peasy getting it cancelled, a refund for the order that had already processed and not shipped yet, and the customer service rep was really great. Nice to do business with a company who knows customer service!

Received ok no issues, Dog does like the pills and takes them just fine. This product did not work for our dog, we tried the 6 per day and it just didn't get him to be more mobile. Thanks for trying tho

I would have given it 5 because I love the products however I don't like that I am not notified when my repeat delivery orders are coming up. I just canceled my subscription because I have too many of the product, the one I use occasionally. If I know my order is coming up I would skip that delivery however all I could do now was cancel. Other than that I love the products and recommend them to others.
