Product is fantastic and having a marked impact on my dog. Auto ship process is working perfectly. Shipping time and packaging could be improved. For example, replace the ugly black “YuMove” lettering on packing tape with the Company’s beautiful, bold green lettering so it is in line with branding and stands out/resignates with customers and every one who touches that package from end-to-end.

My dog got diarrhea
My dog got diarrhea, it was reported, but I sent it to the wrong place. In the end…they were wonderful. Closed the account, waiting refund.refunded hasn’t hit the bank. It will!

Playing like a puppy!
Zoe has not limped since starting her on yumove. She is almost 9 years old and now is playing like a puppy again!

Please consider Yumove for your pets joint health. The packages always came on time, the product works well, and they were so very kind when I lost my girl. I will be shouting their name from the rooftops!
