On time, good price, excellent product.

I feel that it is helping my dogs, especially my 18 year old. I don't know if it is the hot weather or something else, but lately, I have had to quarter the tablet, and mix it in with their food to get them to eat it.

It is so easy to order and set up on an automatic reorder. I get an email that the product is on the way, then it is dropped off just a couple of days later.

I did not receive my product as they evidently had the wrong address. However, they seem to have resolved this and will send me the product. I appreciate the response from them.

Customer service went above and beyond my expectations. It’s the second time I’ve had to call customer service and both times. I was very happy with the outcome. It’s hard these days to find good customer service.

a few years ago, shortly after he was a "rescue and adopted", our pooch Petey woke up limping. Orthopedic diagnosis, Grade 1 and Grade 2 Luxating Patella. We began to research supplements, YuMove appears to be the most recommended and we also change his environment, carpet runners to avoid skids on our hardwood, no severe run, jump and fetch, added long walks including up inclines, and Yumove. Yumove was suggested over and over on the Facebook page of other pet owners with the condition. Petey takes the suggested amount for his weight, which we keep under-control, along with a couple other supplements; he is not showing any indication of being in pain, and we watch him like a hawk. We know it is a degenerative issue, the surgery is super tough, long recoup and many pets require subsequent "do-overs"...weeks of pain meds etc...with this said, we keep our fingers crossed, at the same time, being realistic...We can only attribute his comfort and ability to enjoy wonderful long walks, soft play, his wag and actual smile to the addition of YuMove
