I have never dealt with a company so full of compassion and genuine care like YuMove US. I only had their product for a very short time since we unfortunately lost our sweet baby before we had a chance to try it. I reached out to the company just to ask to be removed from the auto ship subscription and they did way more than that. Not only did I receive a very kind email almost immediately, they also refunded my order. I hope every fur baby owner gives this wonderful company a try and feels compelled to write a nice review about them. Thank you YuMove for warming my heart while it is still so broken.

Great customer service!!! Package never came in the mail. I emailed them and they immediately responded and sent a new package - no hassle no questions!! Very impressed!!! Hoping the product works!!!!

I was looking for something to help Max with the discomfort in his rear legs and his hips. I used this product to try to help him. By the way I didn’t mention that Max was almost 17 years old. I believed the product worked,but it’s hard to get the pet to tell you. But for me I think it’s great. Max has passed, but he still has a lot of love coming to him including you move.

Our 13 year old dog had been using another popular joint supplement for several years, but we were noticing that she had become inactive, and could no longer jump up on her favorite chair. She is very picky about food and treats, but to our amazement she gobbled down the joint supplements like her favorite treats. After 6 weeks on Yumove Plus supplement, she is now back to jumping on her favorite chair, and is a little more active during the day.

Great customer service

Great product, fantastic customer service! My 10 year old 80lb Schnoodle had a bad knee and was in so much pain. We tried Gabapentin & another anyinflammatory for months with only little improvement. Within a month of the yumove, he was almost back to his old self! He is running around the yard playing with our other dog, and is doing great! Highly recommend!
