I had been feeding YuMove to my 14 yr. old German Shepherd and noticed an improvement however, I was foolish enough to try a different product and all his previous improvements disappeared to the point where he couldn't even get into my car without a ramp anymore. I switched him back to YuMove and noticed an improvement within the first week. I no longer have to use the ramp and he's able to get in the car again. He is not perfect like a puppy but it is a 90% improvement from what he was. I will never use another product again.

YuMOVE has done an amazing job getting my dogs' supplements to me on time and the supplements are working wonderfully. I appreciate anything that helps them and keeps them healthy.

You charged my card and stated shipped a week ago. However, my product has not arrived and according to tracking has been in same location since the day you charged my card. I will not purchase online again from you company.

I don't understand the delay in shipping my order. Very little info is given.

Too hard to find shipping information without having a password

I was told my order was on its way on Sept 8 - it's Sept 14 now and tracking info says to give it another two or three days. Customer service was fantastic when I was making my decision to order, and all I've read about your product has been great. The only thing is the shipping is quite sub-par- I hope my product arrives soon.UPDATE: I didn’t understand this was a review to be posted, I intended it as feedback to the company. My mistake! Just want to add that their customer service has been outstanding, they are thoroughly knowledgeable about their product as well as compassionate and kind. And their product is by all reports excellent. Thanks YuMove for the response below and for working on the shipping issues!

Well tolerated by pet with subluxation and disc degeneration. She is playful again!

I think this is a great product for dogs with meat allergies . However, I do not give the recommended amount, I give less so it will last longer. I am on autoship, and it would be nice to get an email a few days ahead of time to let me know my autoship was due to be mailed.
