Confirm shipment before shipping
I think you should reach out and contact the client to confirm the auto-ship date BEFORE shipping the item.

Miss "D" 17 years old had AWESOME results!
I have a permanent foster dog from The Mr. Mo Project, "D". She will be 17 years old in November. Since they sent me the YuMove for her it only took about a week to see major differences in her. She is moving much easier (she does have spine & joint problems), has more energy, is engaging with the fur family way more than she had been and is definitely more talkative. WOW! Bless her heart! She must have been in more discomfort than I realized. I highly recommend YuMove!!!

Great Product! WONDERFUL Customer Service
I was previously using a much more expensive supplement for my 4 year old GSD and 14 year old Malinois. Both have done amazingly well on YuMove. We recently had an issue with an automated order not being delivered on time. When I reached out to the company, they immediately sent a replacement shipment and inquired to the delivery service to follow up on the original shipment. The 2nd shipment arrived less than 24 hours later. I was EXTREMELY impressed with the level of Customer Service. Great product and AWESOME engagement with their customers. Me, and my pups love YuMove!!
